General Provisions: Pantum printers purchased through official channels are covered under relevant consumer protection laws.

Commitment: Pantum offers quality after-sales service, with some flexibility in scope.

Service Definition:

Replacement: Within 7 days of purchase, a faulty printer (non-man-made fault) can be replaced with a new one.
Warranty: One year from the sale date for free repair of quality-related issues.
Replacement & Warranty:

Free maintenance within the warranty period.
Paid repairs extend the warranty by 30 days.
Service Certificate: Valid for repairs and replacements; service starts from the sale date or 90 days after manufacturing if no purchase proof is available.

Quality & Replacement Warranty: Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days; replacements reset the warranty.

Paid Maintenance: Applies if the warranty is void or invalidated by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or other specified reasons.

Additional Notes: Follow safety precautions like disconnecting power during thunderstorms or long periods of inactivity.
